Douglas P. Devlin
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Doug Devlin joined TriNet in 1989 and currently serves as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. In this dual role, Devlin oversees all finance and operations functions at TriNet, along with the company’s human resources and human capital consulting divisions. In addition to those responsibilities, Devlin has also raised three rounds of private equity and one round of mezzanine debt financing for the company.
Prior to joining TriNet, Devlin founded and managed Integrated Health Care Technology Group, Inc., an IBM business partner providing advanced accounting systems and software to healthcare and technology-based firms. Devlin is a member of the Alameda County Workforce Investment Board as well as a frequent speaker at various outsourcing industry events. He also serves as chairman of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) Accounting Practices Committee and is a frequent contributor to the NAPEO Insider magazine.
Devlin received his bachelor’s degree from California State University-Chico, and his MBA in finance from Golden Gate University.
