- Executive compensation studies. TriNet´s compensation review provides the basis for a comprehensive executive compensation strategy. We use survey data and proxy analysis to determine market benchmarks for base salary, short-term incentives, equity, total cash, benefits, and executive perquisites.
- Incentive compensation plan design. Using survey data on company size, vertical market, location, and other factors, TriNet reviews the performance targets of individual managers and employees to design incentive plans (both spot and annual) that motivate fairly and effectively.
