To underscore the point, small business decision makers have become even more likely to say that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation at their companies since 2021.
Overall, the study found that recently, top technology adoptions have centered on people connecting with people as employees and customers adapted to working remotely in greater numbers than ever before. Small business decision makers have continued to adopt new technologies for the new workplace, especially video and internal communications platforms, up from 2021.
This suggests that small businesses in almost every arena are well-advised to embrace digital productivity and remote work to prepare themselves to be competitive in the future.
