TriNet Learn powered by 360Learning offers a modern learning experience for TriNet clients, including complimentary HR compliance training courses, access to purchase premium learning content in the marketplace, and the ability for TriNet clients to upload their own training content.

To access the TriNet Learn 360Learning platform:

• Login to the TriNet portal at login.TriNet.com.
• Click Performance and Learning from the Employee menu on the left.
• Click Training Resources.

Roles within the platform include:

• Learner: Access to their group’s homepages and can review content shared by Authors and Coaches. Worksite employees are automatically assigned this role.
• Coach & Author: Can manage users, assign courses, set course completion deadlines, create content and upload their own training content in 360Learning. Client administrators and Trusted Advisors that are HR Security, HR Administrator or HR Authorizer role holders will be automatically assigned the Coach & Author role.

Complimentary courses include Anti-Harassment Training, formerly titled “Respect in the Workplace,” Anti-Discrimination, Harassment Prevention and Chicago, IL, Bystander training courses are now available on the home page of 360Learning and are compliant with federal, state and local requirements. In addition to these courses, there are 52 additional complimentary HR compliance training courses available on the home page.

The Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Prevention training courses are compliant with all 50 U.S. states. This means you will no longer need to complete state selection questions at the start of the course.

To see online courses for completion, login to the TriNet platform and click Performance and Learning from the Employee menu on the left, then click Training Resources. A list is available at the top of the main 360Learning page, which displays the U.S. non-manager and manager HR Compliance Workplace Harassment online courses.

Scroll vertically down and across the main page of the 360Learning platform to locate a variety of online learning courses that teach the basic features and functions of the 360Learning platform and 55 online HR compliance training courses.
